Does Cyprus Dream Homes offer inspection trips?
A :
Yes. You are required to pay for your flights and accommodation and if you do purchase through Cyprus Dream Homes we refund the cost of your trip.
Q :
If we decide to come to Cyprus on an inspection trip, how long do we need to be in Cyprus?
A :
3 – 4 days is usually sufficient.
Q :
If during our trip we view a property we like and decide to purchase it, how much deposit do we need?
A :
We appreciate that people are not sure they will find the right property when they come out on a inspection trip therefore we accept a deposit of €5000 which can usually be drawn on their credit cards. The rest of the payments are forwarded by bank transfers, as agreed on the contract of sale.
