A written application must be submitted on behalf of the purchaser after the agreement is signed. At Cyprus Dream Homes we can take care of all the paper work involved on your behalf. The cost for you will be €450. The permission is always granted as far as the applicants have no criminal record in their own country or in Cyprus.
