Since graduating from the University of Stirling with a BA (Hons) in English Studies and the University of Strathclyde with a Masters in Marketing, I have worked in Pubic Relations, specialising in Property and Regeneration. 

Working in both London and Leeds, I have worked on a wide range of property accounts including international estate agents, property developers and law firms specialising in property and construction, national property developers, UK government training bodies and various regional accounts such as estate agents, developers and retirement developments. I have also worked in the consumer and corporate sectors on numerous arts, sponsorship, charity and corporate social responsibility accounts.

As such, you can be sure you are neither undervaluing nor overvaluing your property, resulting in a negative sales outcome. We offer our advice and advertise your property free of charge. We also advertise properties through our window display, in national and regional UK and Cypriot newspapers and magazines and we regularly participate in property exhibitions in Cyprus and overseas.  We also have our own property magazine which is sold in all newsagents in Cyprus and we advertise your property free of charge.

Maria Christou - Sales & Rentals Department

Since graduating from London Metropolitan University with a Joint BA (Hons) in Humanities Information Technology/Education, I have worked in sales and internet marketing.

 I have extensive experience in web design, promotion and web marketing along with broad sales experience in the IT Sector as an account manager for a renowned corporation.

I believe that communication and understanding is the solution to giving an excellent service and gratification to our clients.

Our company has been offering rental services since 1981. If you would like to rent out your property just call us, we will view it, offer our advice and advertise it free of charge.

Our fees will be paid when we find the right tenant, the lease agreement is signed by both parties and at least 2 month's rent is paid by the tenant to the owner.

Our charge for rentals is one month's rent per year.  No legal fees are charged for the lease agreement.

Currently you should expect to get a return on your capital of between 5% and 8% depending on the type of property and its location.

IF YOU NEED A PROPERTY TO RENT call us and we will do our best to help you free of charge.  The number of properties to rent on the market are currently limited but we believe we have a wider choice than most agencies.

We can recommend shops for everything from furniture and furnishings to kitchen appliances and air-conditioning/heating units. All shops we introduce you to will offer either a discount or a present. We are more than happy to accompany you and help select items that can turn your house into a home.

 

We can also assist you with insuring your property, opening a bank account, recommending a removal company, a doctor, a solicitor or anything else you may need.

 

We like to spend time with our clients in order to make things as easy and stress-free as possible.

I graduated from CDA College and achieved a secretarial diploma. Before joining Cyprus Dream Homes I worked as a legal secretary.

 

I am the personal assistant to the construction director, Mr. Kyriakos Alexandrou.

 

My responsibilities also include completing and submitting all the property applications to the Council of Ministers to acquire immovable property in Cyprus.  I do all the paperwork on your behalf after the agreement is signed.  This permission is granted more or less as a matter of course to all bone fida purchasers and usually takes around eight weeks.  In the meantime, purchasers may take possession of the property without restriction.
