Kyriacos Alexandrou - Construction Director
Kyriacos Alexandrou, B. Sc. (Hons), MSc. Chem. Eng. - draws from long experience acquired during his initial career when working for private enterprises undertaking Industrial Projects in Cyprus, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Greece. Kyriacos graduated in Engineering at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. He has extensive knowledge in the Cyprus property market and vast experience when it comes to designing and building your Cyprus villa.

Magda Demetriou - Sales and Rentals Executive
Since graduating with a first degree in Business Administration in 2003 from London Metropolitan University I have worked in the Admissions department of the University for six years. During these years I took part in many exhibitions in Cyprus, Greece, England, France and Austria promoting the University which gave me extensive experience in the sales sector. As well as that I studied for Masters in Human Resource Management part-time at London School of Economics. I joined Cyprus Dream Homes as soon as I graduated from LSE.
I believe that communication and understanding are the solution to giving an excellent service to our clients.
We have a great number of properties in our portfolio, ranging from compact and bijou one bedroom apartments in the town center to sprawling five and six bedroom luxury detached houses on the beach.

Katerina Aranysheva - Sales & Rentals Executive
I joined Cyprus Dream Homes in 2009 as a sales and rentals executive and to liaise with our Russian clients and to help them find their ideal home. Prior to joining Cyprus Dream Homes I completed my degree at the University of Tourism and Hospitality in Moscow which belongs to the State Institute of Service and I specialized in marketing of a tourist organization.
Born and raised in Russia, my knowledge and understanding of Russian buyers and the type of properties they are looking for will, I hope, enable Cyprus Dream Homes to offer our Russian clients the most comprehensive and most useful advice in Cyprus. I have been living in Cyprus for the last 3 years and through this time I have never doubted that it is a fantastic quiet place to settle down!
Our company has been offering rental services since 1981. If you would like to rent out your property just call us, we will view it, offer our advice and advertise it free of charge. Our fees will be paid when we find the right tenant lease agreement is signed by both parties and at least two months rent is paid by the tenant to the owner. No legal fees are charged for the lease agreement. Currently you should expect to get a return on your capital of between 5% and 8% depending of the type of property and its location.

We can recommend shops for everything from furniture and furnishings to kitchen appliances and air-conditioning/heating units. All shops we introduce you to will offer either a discount or a present. We are more than happy to accompany you and help select items that can turn your house into a home.
We can also assist you with insuring your property, opening a bank account, recommending a removal company, a doctor, a solicitor or anything else you may need.
We like to spend time with our clients in order to make things as easy and stress-free as possible.
